I might even run a marathon with this one. NOT. Do not like to run. But if I did, I would now be pumped to. Let me conquer something else instead. Or just let me get through the day without any glitches. Can I get everything done I need to? We shall see. Life. It's crazy sometimes.
So, drink. Indulge. Enjoy. Relax. Or run a marathon if you really want to. Your choice.
1st. You need a blender. This would be difficult to make without one.
Throw in the blender: Chop a little if needed.
1/3 cup concentrated Orange Juice
1 cup fresh Pineapple
1/2 cup fresh Mango
5-6 frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup frozen Blueberries or Rasberries
2 Tb plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tb ground Flax Seed
1 large Carrot or a few baby Carrots
Water...however thick you want it
Add whatever fruit your heart disires. Shake it up. Fruit Shake it up.
Blend. Add water as needed. I got all of my ingredients from Costco. Did I mention, I love Costco?
