Chef Salad

So perfect for a Hot Summer Night. Fast. Easy. Delish!

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. I am. I am staying busy. 


I am always doing something. Not sure how life can ever be boring? 


Hope you enjoy this salad. Put whatever toppings on you like. And serve with Homemade Ranch Dressing. 

To make:


Chop Romaine Lettuce and lay out on a Jellyroll pan. Then in lines, add your toppings. Whatever you like or have in the frig. Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Turkey, Eggs, Bell Peppers, Olives, Pickles, Tomatoes, Radishes, Carrots, Cucumbers, etc. Pour Homemade Ranch Dressing on top and scoop what you like on your plate.
