It's simple. It's nutritious. It's delicious. It's perfect!! Let's just say it's "Easy Peasy, Mac and Cheesy" minus the Mac and Cheese part ;)
I make this almost every day for breakfast for myself. It completely satisfies.
Ingredients:
Bread, Toasted. I love spelt bread. Or any type of nutritious bread. Not white. "The whiter the bread, the sooner your dead" Gluten free bread. You choose.
Coconut oil (cold pressed)
Raw honey
Avocado, sliced
Himalayan Pink Salt (optional)
Toast your bread. Spread coconut oil on warm toast. Then honey. Then top with avocado slices. Lightly salt (if desired). I usually don't add the salt, but I have and if you like a sweet/salty combo, then you will love this! Enjoy! Top of the morning to ya!
