Pull Apart Sticky Bites

Everyone loves these. Warmth. Gooey. Satisfies EVERY Sweet Tooth.

The best part about this is the dough. Super easy. I use my Pizza Dough recipe. And it doesn't even need to rise. Let it sit for a few minutes after pouring over the "Sticky" and cook.

Enjoy! Over and Over again! This is one of my favorites because it is like eating little pieces of cinnamon rolls. YUM!!!

And sorry for lack of posts this month. I don't want to give excuses. So I won't. Such is life. And life it good.

Ingredients:

1 batch of Pizza Dough

Sticky:

1/2 cup butter, cut into 5 pieces
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tb dark corn syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Make dough and set aside while you make the "Sticky" part.

In medium saucepan, over medium-medium/low heat; melt and combine all "Sticky" ingredients except for vanilla. Mix well and let it come to a soft boil. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Stirring frequently. *Make sure it doesn't burn. When it has combined well, and the butter is not separated, remove from heat and add vanilla. Set aside.

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take dough and cut or pull off little balls of dough at a time. (You can roll it out like a long snake and cut off pieces). About the size of a tablespoon or slightly bigger.  Put a bunch of balls of dough in bottom of pan, enough to cover pan. Add 1/3 of the "Sticky" sauce (try to evenly distribute it, but you don't need to spread it). *And make sure your sauce is not scalding hot, you want it warm though, because it will help your dough to rise more. Repeat until all dough and sticky sauce is used. *Note: This will rise!!!! So please don't over fill your pan. If you have extra dough, just use it for pizza or something else. *It will about double in mass/size. If you do overload your pan, you will have dough pieces that will fall out and burn in your oven.

Cook in oven for about 25-30 minutes. The tops will be slightly browned. *Make sure the center is not doughy and the tops are not too dark.

Remove and Enjoy! Over and over again!!!
