4 in 1 Bars

My Glorious Creation!...

ARISE my Glorious Creation...MooHaHa! It is ALIVE...EeeeeK! (You know, like Frankenstein etc. I'm the creator...) Just had to say that, it was just too tempting.

What is better than having all your favorites in 1 bar?!

This bar is Dang Good! In this bar: Brownie, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Caramel, and Chocolate Krispy. I love inventing and being creative! And believe it or not, it doesn't take too long to make. I guarantee it will be a Hit!

And of course it is ALL made from scratch!

*Warning, this is not Low Fat, Not Sugar Free, although it does have some wheat int the recipe. Anyway, here is the mouth watering, addicting recipe...

Part 1: Brownie

Recipe for Brownies

Follow directions for Brownies, except use a 9x13 inch pan. Cook for 12 minutes. It should look like this...

Before Cooking

After Cooking for 12 minutes
It is not finished cooking. Next while the Brownies are cooking, make the Chocolate Chip Cookie. And then it will finish cooking in the oven.

Part 2: Chocolate Chip Cookies

2/3 cup white flour
2/3 cup wheat flour (or if you want you can use all white, but I like wheat)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, soften
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Mix butter and sugar together first. Add egg, vanilla. Mix with electric mixer. Add 1/2 flour, powder, baking soda, salt. Mix. Add rest of flour and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Mix. Should look something like this....

Mmmmm Me Like Cookie
I mean, most everyone has made chocolate chip cookies, right?

Next, put all cookie mixture between 2 sheets of wax paper and roll out, evenly and into a 9x13 inch size. Doesn't have to be perfect.

Yes, there is some brownie mixture squirreled in.  I didn't want to wash my spatula etc. It is all going in the same pan anyway.
Put on top of Brownie (that has cooked for 12 minutes). *Be careful, because the brownie is not done, you don't want to smash all the brownie goo out all over the place. But some of this will happen a little. As shown in picture...

Return to oven and continue to cook for about 18-20 minutes. For total cooking time about 30 minutes. You can check with a toothpick to make sure it isn't gooey.

D-U-N: Done!
Set aside to let cool while you make Part 3.

*Note, Part 1 and Part 2 will puff up, No worries, after it has cooled a little, gently push down with spatula, to make room for Part 3 & 4.

Part 3: Caramel

Recipe for Caramel

Follow directions exactly and let cool for about 3 minutes until you pour over the cookie mixture.

Pour over Cookie mixture and spread evenly. Set aside to cool while you make Part 4.

Part 4: Chocolate Krispy

3/4 bag of mini marshmallows
1 Tb butter
3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
3-4 cups Rice Krispy's

In large saucepan, add all ingredients except for Krispy's. Mix and melt until all incorporated on medium-low heat *you don't want it to burn. Remove from heat. Then add Krispy's and mix well.

*Note: This Krispy Mixture is thinner than normal Rice Crispy treats.
Carefully spread Chocolate Krispy on the Caramel. *The Caramel will not be entirely set, so be gentle. Spread evenly and let cool completely.

Cut into squares and Enjoy...Over and Over Again!

Store in Airtight container at room temperature.
